Bill Bray is a Naval Architect, earning a BSE & MSE from the University of Michigan and an MBA from NYU. He worked with Esso, Exxon, and ExxonMobil for over 33 years in ship design, construction and operations, and in offshore engineering, operations and projects as an engineer and then an executive. He will explain why we need a carbon fee & dividend to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions, without growing our government. Bill will also talk about the science of climate change, the economics of carbon pricing, recent government actions to address climate change, the international landscape, and how US policy can affect global emissions.
