The Cut with Author John Wemlinger

Join author John Wemlinger as he discusses his latest novel, The Cut.  It was named a Michigan Notable Book by the Library of Michigan. As a retired Army colonel, he writes about military and issues impacting our military/veteran communities. The Cut is a piece of historical fiction but recounts the true tale of a little-known event that forever changes the geography and economy of a small community along Lake Michigan. The book's main protagonist is a veteran of the Civil War who has lost an arm at the battle of Gettysburg.
