Take out some KID TIME just for YOU and join our youth staff on YouTube for a guided mindfulness exercise. Then, at the library, pick up a Take-Out Kit filled with additional mindfulness exercises to try at home with materials and supplies to make your own relaxation aides; such as scent-infused bath bombs, sugar scrubs, stress balls, and even hot cocoa!
Youth & Teens, pick up kits @ youth desk, while supplies last! No holds please, just come in or we can walk them out curbside to you too.
