Teen Subscription Box Signup

Monthly Pickup, February through April

            Sign up by March 15th to receive your box in April!

            Library books, snacks, crafts, and more all in a box handpicked just for YOU! Read the books, return the books and the box to the library, and keep the rest! Teens must fill out the Teen Subscription Box registration form on our website so we can curate a box just for you. Be sure to return your box with the comment card so we can start building your next month’s box. Limited to Charlevoix Public Library cardholders, ages 13-17.

            A limited number of subscriptions are available, teens must register by the 15th of the month in order to start receiving your box the following month. We will contact you directly when your box is ready for pickup!
