Purpose of Meeting

Who: Anyone interested in meditation

What: Free, open to the public

When: Every Thursday 5:30-6:30 pm

Why: Support each other and grow community

How: Sitting on a chair, mat, or cushion, we’ll have a brief introduction and topic for the week. Depending on who attends we’ll alter the practice for newer meditators or for longer silent meditation.

COVID-19 safety measures: Masks required Event will be indoors Due to high transmission rates in the area, and extended time together, masks and social distancing are required. The room will be large for spreading out, as availability allows.
