Putin’s Russia has launched a war with Ukraine on its doorstep, and America’s uncertain role as leader of NATO and security provider has been called into question with the failure of Congress to pass supplemental military support for Ukraine. We will be continuing the Great Decision Series of programs prepared by the Foreign Policy Association. Briefing books for this series will be provided to those who register for the Great Decisions Programs, with the expectation that those attending will have read each program’s briefing before the presentation.
