Join us every Thursday from 6:00-7:00 pm in the Armstrong Conference Room for an opportunity to speak French casually with other Francophiles!

Anyone interested in sewing and conversation, please join the newly formed Sewing Group. Open to the public as a drop in community sewing group. All are welcome! 

Mahjong is a tile-based game that's similar to poker and rummy, and involves matching tiles to form sets and pairs. To learn more or play the game, drop in to the Coeling Activity Room on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 1:00 - 4:00pm.

Lifespan refers to the total duration of time alive, from birth to death. Healthspan is the period of life spent in good health and generally able to do the things one likes to do.
