Week Calendar

Mahjong is a tile-based game that's similar to poker and rummy, and involves matching tiles to form sets and pairs. To learn more or play the game, drop in to the Coeling Activity Room on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 1:00 - 4:00pm.

In this workshop, Heidi Grace of Charlevoix Yoga will introduce you to Ayurveda’s core principles, emphasizing easy-to-apply routines and practices to support your health and well- being.

Explore the intriguing history of the Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary with Don La Barre, the historian at TBNMS. Learn about the diversity of shipwrecks and stories contained within one of the most dangerous sections of Lake Huron.
