Dive into this fun program where we’ll make a splash with a mermaid story and craft at Michigan Beach Park in Charlevoix. Kids will get to visit and take photos with Mermaid Phantom – a real, live mermaid! All ages, no registration required. In the event of inclement weather, this event will take place at the library.
