Purpose of Meeting
Who: anyone interested in meditation, free and open to the public
When: Thursday at 5:30-6:30pm
Why: learn meditation techniques or improve them, support each other, and grow community
How: sitting on a chair, mat, or cushion, we’ll have a brief introduction and topic for the week. Depending on who attends we’ll alter the practice for newer meditators or for longer silent meditation.
About Me: I am not a certified teacher, just an average meditator wishing to create community of like-minded people to chat, share, and meditate together. It's magical when more than one person join together.
