Purpose of Meeting
A presentation to educate the public about and recruit volunteers for a program to monitor American Kestrel nest boxes on nature preserves that are open to the public. We invite the community to come learn about this citizen science program and engage with professionals from three area non profits for free. The goal of this volunteer program is to research the decline of this species and teach scientific research methods, as well as celebrate regional partners in conservation.
